The 10-Minute Glow Reset

When I don’t have time for a full routine but still want to feel fresh, this is what I do. It’s quick, simple, and makes a bigger difference than you’d think.

  • Freshen up
    A quick face rinse or splash of cold water, tinted sunscreen moisturizer and lip balm

  • Hair reset
    Brush it out or throw it into a clean, simple style

  • Outfit switch
    Change into something comfortable but put-together

  • Something refreshing
    Cold water, iced coffee, or whatever feels like a little treat

  • Tiny reset moment
    Open a window, make the bed, or clear one surface

It’s not about doing everything. It’s just about shifting your energy a little!
